01 How do I measure my size?
Use a flexible measuring tape and measure around your leg approximately 10 cm above and 10 cm below the center of your kneecap.

Knee measurements are more accurate than weight. Weight is only a general guide.
02 What happens if my upper and lower measurements differ?
Choose the larger size if your upper and lower measurements fall into different size ranges. This usually provides a more comfortable fit and better freedom of movement.
03 Do I need one brace or the pair?
Choose One Brace when you only need support for one knee. You will select either the left or right leg.
Choose the Pair Set when you want support for both knees. The pair includes one left and one right brace and offers better value per brace.
04 Can I use it while training?
Yes. PureGuard is designed for active movement, including gym training, running, football, padel, walking and other daily activities.
Make sure the brace is properly centered and securely adjusted before starting your activity.
05 Will it slide down?
PureGuard includes an anti-slip inner grip and adjustable straps to help keep the brace securely positioned during movement.
Sliding can still happen if the brace is too large, worn incorrectly or placed over slippery clothing. Correct sizing is essential.
06 Can it be worn under clothes?
Yes. Its slim knitted design can fit under many trousers, tracksuits and everyday clothing.
Very tight clothing may press against the straps or cause discomfort, so allow enough room around the knee.
07 How tight should it feel?
It should feel secure and supportive, not painful. You should still be able to bend your knee and move normally.
Loosen or remove the brace if you experience numbness, tingling, unusual swelling, skin discoloration or increased discomfort.
08 How does Cash on Delivery work?
Place your order through our website and enter your correct phone number and delivery address.
Your order will be confirmed before dispatch, and you pay the courier in cash when the package arrives.
09 How quickly will it arrive?
Delivery normally takes approximately 2–4 business days across Lebanon after your order is confirmed.
Delivery time may vary slightly during holidays, weekends or periods of high order volume.
10 What happens if the size is wrong?
Contact our support team after delivery and we will explain the available size-exchange options.
Keep the brace clean, unworn beyond a basic fit test and inside its original packaging. Contact us before returning anything.
11 Is PureGuard a medical treatment?
No. PureGuard is a supportive knee brace and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition.
